The dreaded and loathsome OChem.\u00a0 Pre-med types apparently have nightmares about this class and suffer nervous breakdowns while taking it.\u00a0 The only other people who take it are generally Chemistry majors, and apparently some of these folks aren’t particularly fans of it either. Organic Chemistry<\/em> employs a Chemistry curriculum that is entirely devoid of math and built purely on the conceptual.\u00a0 Is such a thing possible?\u00a0 An incredibly demanding science course without math?<\/p>\n I loved it–couldn’t get enough.\u00a0 In fact, this has been one of the best classes I have taken since returning to school.\u00a0 The curriculum was also uncharacteristically strong, with each new concept being directly reinforced and explained by all of the previous concepts that were covered before it.
